1. Using Hintyard
These terms govern your use of Hintyard’s website and interactive preview, operated by hashiromer. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the preview.
You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. If you are not old enough to agree to these terms on your own, a parent or guardian must agree to your use.
2. What the preview provides
Hintyard demonstrates a community for asking questions about AI, sharing suggestions, and learning from useful answers. The people and conversations shown are illustrative. Sign-up and login are simulated, and all visitors use their own local copy of the demo. Your contributions are not published to a shared community.
There are no paid plans or purchases in this preview. Features can change or be removed, and local data may be lost. Keep your own copies of anything important. Real accounts and Google sign-in will require an updated description of the service and its privacy practices before they launch.
3. Be helpful. Keep people safe.
Use Hintyard lawfully and respectfully. Do not harass people, impersonate others, post spam, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the website.
Share only material you have permission to use. Do not submit other people’s private information, confidential work, passwords, API keys, or sensitive conversation links. Review a shared AI conversation before including its URL.
When sharing a suggestion, explain what you tried and distinguish tested results from guesses. A vote or accepted answer is a community signal, not a guarantee that advice is correct or safe.
4. Your content and other people’s work
You retain ownership of material you enter. You permit the app to display and store that material locally as needed to operate the preview. These terms do not grant permission to publish your local demo content to a future live service.
The website’s branding, design, and supplied content remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership of them. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners; mentioning an AI product does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
5. Suggestions and external links
Example answers and suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. Check code, commands, and advice before relying on them, especially where errors could affect health, finances, legal rights, security, or important data.
Links to other websites are provided for context. We do not control their content, availability, or practices. Your use of those websites is subject to their terms.
6. Availability and responsibility
The preview is provided as available, without promises of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or preservation of local data. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties for the preview and responsibility for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may change or discontinue the preview, or restrict access to protect the service or respond to misuse. You can stop using it at any time and remove its local data through your browser settings.
7. Privacy and updates
Our privacy policy explains the preview’s data practices. We will update the date on these terms when they change and provide appropriate notice of material changes. Review the current terms before using new features.
