1. Who we are and what this covers
Hintyard is a community project operated by hashiromer, for people sharing questions and practical solutions about AI tools. This policy covers our public website and interactive preview.
The preview includes illustrative people, questions, and answers. It does not create real accounts or publish your demo contributions to other visitors.
2. Information you enter
When you try the demo sign-up form, your name and email become part of the local demo profile. The preview can also save your profile bio, questions, answers, shared conversation URLs, votes, and saved items in this browser. We use this information only to demonstrate the community features and remember your changes on this device.
The password field is a simulation: the app does not save or transmit your demo password. Use made-up details and a password you do not use elsewhere. Do not enter confidential conversations, access tokens, financial information, or other sensitive data.
3. Browser storage and deletion
The demo uses localStorage to remember your activity and sessionStorage to remember whether you are signed in to the simulated account. It does not set advertising or analytics cookies.
Demo activity remains until you clear this site’s browser data, your browser removes it, or the preview is reset. Signing out clears the simulated session but does not delete saved activity. Anyone with access to the same browser profile may be able to view that activity.
To delete all demo information, clear site data for Hintyard in your browser settings. For a precise reset, remove the legacy localStorage key ‘unstuck-v1’ and sessionStorage key ‘unstuck-session’, then reload the demo. We do not hold a server copy of those demo entries and cannot recover them for you.
4. Website delivery and external services
Your browser sends ordinary connection information, such as your IP address, browser information, and requested URL, to the services that deliver this website. When the site is hosted, its hosting provider may process technical logs to deliver and protect the service. Provider log retention is separate from the demo data stored in your browser.
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Font requests send connection information to Google; they do not sign you in to a Google account. The current app includes no analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or AI model API calls.
Shared conversation links open third-party websites only when you follow them. We do not fetch or import the linked conversations. Those websites apply their own privacy policies. Hintyard does not sell demo information or use it for targeted advertising.
5. Google sign-in and future accounts
Google sign-in is not enabled in this preview. We do not currently request Google account permissions or receive your Google account information.
Before introducing real accounts, Google sign-in, or shared server storage, we will update this policy to explain the information collected, service providers, sharing, retention, and account deletion. Any new permissions will be requested when the relevant feature is available.
6. Your choices and privacy requests
You can browse without completing the demo sign-up form, stop using the preview at any time, and clear local data using your browser settings. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold. Contact the operator using the details below for questions about those requests.
If you contact us, we use the details you choose to provide to respond to your request. Avoid sending passwords or sensitive information. The preview is not intended for children under 13; please do not submit a child’s personal information.
7. Changes to this policy
We will update the date on this page when this policy changes. For material changes to how personal information is handled, we will provide an appropriate notice and obtain consent where required before applying the new use.
